The Romantic Era Dress Pattern may be used to create a beautiful ball-gown style wedding gown. If you've longed for a ball-gown with old-fashioned sleeves (or any sleeves at all!) take a look here!

The dress can be period correct (the the early Romantic Era) or not, depending on your choices.

Suitable for dupioni silk, taffeta, organdy, voile, or batiste. For day dresses, you may choose cotton, linen, shirting, wool, or other natural materials.

Sleeves are either the long leg o' mutton sleeve or a short puff sleeve. Skirts are either very full or a bit narrower, and instructions are included for several skirt/waistline styles (gathered, pleated, etc.).

You may also use this pattern to create a sleeveless jumper with a scoop neckline.

Instructions included for making a secret nursing panel.
